  • Experience with YouTube SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Create and edit promotional videos for product launches, campaigns, and brand stories.
  • Perform video editing tasks, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
  • Utilize advanced ad skills to design and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize YouTube channels, focusing on SEO to improve video rankings and viewership.
  • Design visually compelling graphics for online and offline marketing materials, including banners, social media posts, brochures, and ads.
  • Ensure all creative materials maintain brand consistency and meet the company’s visual standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback over phone calls and messages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns on social media platforms and other digital channels.
