• The position holder is responsible for the brand and marketing activities of all business units of the company.

Responsibilities & Context

The primary function of this role is to enhance qualified lead generation through Digital Marketing, Alternate Channel Development, and Call Center. Additionally, as a custodian for the company’s sales data, the role leads the MIS team in providing all relevant business reports to the Top Management and other Commerce Heads/Functions.

• Work on drawing up the strategic roadmap for enhancing brand value.
• Put maximum focus on Marketing Automation to enhance sales and brand equity.
•  Come up with creative marketing ideas and implement them.
•  Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns, Digital Marketing, Alternate Channel Development, and Effective Call Center management.
• Implement innovative marketing tools for lead generation from NRBs.
• Regularly analyze the MIS reports for Sales, Business Development, and different SBUs to develop strategies and tactics to do things differently to get better results.
• Regularly view our website and FB, LinkedIn, and other social media. Make sure that our website and social media are well-maintained.
• Support the Commerce Heads in creating content for digital marketing and regularly interact with the Digital Marketing Team to get better results and a higher number of leads.
