3-5 years of experience in scheduling, logistics, distribution, preferably in manufacturing company.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and schedules simultaneously.
Proficiency in logistics software and scheduling tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between teams and customers.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the UPVC pipes and Doors industry.
Familiarity with GPS and tracking systems for route optimization.
Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes and resolve logistical challenges.

Plan and schedule deliveries of UPVC pipes and Doors to various customers and distributors in line with production and sales orders.
Develop and optimize delivery routes for efficient and cost-effective distribution.
Liaise with the sales and production departments to align delivery schedules.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on delivery performance, including on-time delivery rates.
Seek opportunities for cost reduction in transportation without compromising on service quality.
Ensure all delivery activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements for transportation.
Implement and enforce proper handling and loading procedures for UPVC pipes & Door to prevent damage during transport.
