Garments, Washing Factory

Create new strategies and action plans to develop sustainability in the company. –
Promote sustainable practices and increase awareness of Environmental Pollution and Restoration. –
Conduct Internal Audit on the Environmental Management System of the Facility and provide regular presentations on environmental progress in the company.
Monitoring Higg FEM 3.0 requirements and implementation.
Responsible for factory Occupational Health & Safety as well as Environmental Health &Safety.
Maintain and control chemical management system of the factory.
Implement Wastewater Reduction, Water and Energy Saving Initiatives in the production process, GHG Reduction, 3R system implementation, Air and Noise pollution control, Environmental reservation etc. Use BVE3, BHive, ZDHC Gateway, Reach and Screen Chemistry for chemical traceability.
Responsible to implement BEPI code of conduct at the factory. Monitoring ETP operation.
To find out the non-complaint issues by the daily monitoring and internal audit in the factory.
Maintain and implement various environmental requirements of buyers and other legislative Organizations.
Face and Handle 3rd party audit/verification on different Certification System.
Responsible for implementation of social compliance requirements at the factory.
Any other duty as appropriate and assigned by the management.
