• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

• Performing environmental rounds and inspections to assess factory’s environmental performance.
• Maintain chemical inventory sheets and update it on a regular basis and ensure chemical compatibility in the organization.
• Maintain waste inventory sheet & regular basis update.
• Preparing all chemicals local language SDS and ensuring the implementation in work place.
• Must have real experience about MRSL/RSL & MSDS.Keeping & maintain the all records of MSDS/ RSL/ MRSL etc from Various buyers like C&A, GU, Tom Tailor, LC WAIKIKI, Jennifer, Lindex etc .
• Maintain and ensure Brands’ MR (Minimum Requirement) of environmental aspects.
• To ensure & maintain environmental and chemical issues of the factory and always prepared for any audit.
• Conduct awareness training programs to workers along on water savings, Energy savings, Waste reduction, Chemical Handling, Environmental Management System.
• Ensure the guide line of ZDHC about Waste Water and Sludge management.
• Periodically assess air emissions, noise level and other environmental aspects.
• To prepare environment, chemical, sludge, PPE, energy & waste related Training Schedule, material preparation.
• Assessing the environmental proficiency of the employee to identifying gaps and providing additional training if necessary.
• Higg FEM, Clean Chain, BEPI/ ZDHC must have practical experience on the subject.
• Ensure proper segregation of all kinds of wastes according to hazards. Maintain & monitor ETP related document of different audit.
• To Maintain the Documents/Process of Certifications of Chemicals.
• Maintain documentation for Higg assessment.
• Updating all chemical & environment related policy and procedure.
• Prepare Policies and Documentation for EMS, EMP, CMP and Energy efficiency.
• Works to assist fulfill environment and chemical management system according to brands’ guideline and national and international private standards.
• Any other task assigns by management.
