Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years

• 5+ years of successful sales or marketing experience in Embroidery
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques, materials, and processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our embroidery products and services
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing internal and external clients
• Keep regular communication with internal and external Merchandising Team, take regular order update and find opportunities of sales
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our embroidery capabilities
• Understand internal and external customer requirements and recommend appropriate embroidery solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals according to our price list.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Provide regular updates on sales activities
• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure client satisfaction
• Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
