Responsibilities & Context
- Planning and execution of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of all plant machinery and utilities.
- Excellent judgment and strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand the financial impact of relevant options.
- Able to work independently and in a team to achieve lean production.
- Lead the mechanical maintenance team efficiently.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and risk assessments for the mechanical maintenance of plant machinery.
- Keep continuous communication with stakeholders for smooth mechanical maintenance operations.
