• Assist In-charge of Injection Molding & Extruder section to perform daily activities.
• Supervise cleanliness of the crushing and mixing machine floor and machines.
• Guide crushing and mixing section team for maintaining quality of materials.
• Follow and guide the team according to SOP of respective area.
• Communicate with molding section for proper material handling and complaint of material.
• To prepare QMS related documents assign by the in-charge of engineering molding section.
• Perform risk management activities.
• Perform environmental Management System (EMS) related activities.
• Prepare monthly production related report of crushing and mixing section.
• Prepare SOP & maintain daily document of crush & mixing re-pelletizer section.
• To prepare QMS related documents assign by the in-charge of molding section.
• Perform validation activities of crush mixing.
