Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid research, data reporting, and analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially in Excel.
Knowing relational databases.
Prior experience in garments (a plus).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others.
Great relationship builder with internal managers and their staff.
Good prioritization and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing.
Willing to work extended hours.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Implement initiatives and processes to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.
Manage escalated issues and provide direction.
Work in collaboration with direct reports to establish Individual Development Plans.
Function as a consultant and business partner to other organizations within the group.
Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units.
Prepare and present different sorts of reports.
