Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 30 years
- Experience in supervisory role of bakery (dry cake/ toast/ cookies) production or Food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance (FSSC, GMP).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and execute manpower, machine, and material (3M) resources to achieve production targets efficiently.
- Supervise production operations in compliance with approved procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor production performance, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive waste reduction, defect elimination, process optimization, and workplace excellence through Lean, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
- Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and optimum productivity.
