Responsibilities & Context
- Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing and routing of products.
- Communicate directly with clients as necessary to answer questions, relay shipping updates and handle complaints calmly and efficiently.
- Prepare Monthly/Periodical/Annual Export statements and support banking formalities.
- Maintain liaison with export-related trade bodies, shipping lines, and C & F agent selection with the best competitive rate.
- Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, and detailed packing list for export and ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
- Perform other duties, which are work-related, as assigned by the reporting authority.
