Responsibilities & Context

Manage the entire export sales cycle for garment and apparel products, from identifying new export opportunities to closing deals and processing orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for international garment/apparel customers, building strong relationships and managing account needs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, finance, legal, etc.) to execute export shipments in compliance with all applicable textile trade regulations and agreements.
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other necessary paperwork.Monitor international garment/apparel market trends and competitor activities, and adjust export strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement export sales plans and forecasts to achieve revenue and growth targets for the garments business.
Ensure proper documentation, licensing, and payment processes are followed for all garment/apparel export transactions.
Stay up-to-date on changes in textile/apparel trade laws, tariffs, quotas, and other regulations, and communicate necessary updates to the team.
Collaborate with marketing to develop export-focused advertising, promotions, and campaigns for garment and apparel products.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive trends, emerging markets, and consumer preferences in the garment industry.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns for promoting garment products in markets.
Represent the company at relevant textile/apparel trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
