Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, Internet, Email & design development
Good communication skill both in English and Bangla (Verbal & Written)
Ability to take responsibility in any circumstances
An amiable personality & Must be a TEAM player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Should have a professional appearance with challenging attitude towards the job

Maintain liaison with government bodies (e.g. BEPZA, Fire service, customs, VAT & Tax, etc.)
Sales & marketing and achieve the company sales & production budget/target
Ensure implementation of the compliance in the factory
Prepare different types of report on regular basis
Coordination with all stakeholders
Take care & coordinate operations teams e.g design & development, accounts, production, administration, procurement, store, etc
Point of contact to the management & various report generation to reflect company SWAT
Monitor shift leaders & supervisors for production scheduling
Maintain consistency of quality of production & operations
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
Liaison with Technical team & Vendors to maintain machinery & equipment
Motivate, train, and enhance overall performance of production team
Need to learn production art & technology
