Responsibilities & Context
- Preparing VAT return Updating VAT Management Software (VMS). Online VAT return submission.
- Deducting & depositing TDS & VDS asper rule. Issuing TDS & VDS Certificate.
- Posting daily bank transaction in SAP. Preparing monthly bank reconciliation statement.
- Posting invoice/Bill in SAP for administrative expenses.
- Scrutinizing payable ledger and making payment on due date.
- Maintain petty cash and it’s posting in SAP. Any other job assigned by manager.
- Monthly TDS return submission.
