Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputed university.
• Professional certifications (CA-CC, ICMAB Part Qualified) will be an added advantage.

Experience

  Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Dairy, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP/Oracle and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance & Accounts team as Executive – Accounts Payable at Akij Venture Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely management of accounts payable, as well as preparing various financial reports to support decision-making and compliance.

Routine/Regular Job:

• Create and manage supplier payable records accurately.
• Process and maintain records of supplier advances and employee advances.
• Monitor and ensure timely advance adjustments.
• Receive and verify bills/invoices for payment.
• Process and manage bill payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable as required.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.
