Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash, ensure proper documentation, and process reimbursements as per company policy.
- Verify supplier invoices related to CDC operations, ensure compliance with contracts and pricing, and maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.
- Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual expenses for CDC operations and highlight variances to the management with justifications.
- Provide financial support to day-to-day CDC functions including goods movement, inventory reconciliations, and general ledger updates.
- Examine and validate customer claims and returns from shops to ensure proper credit notes or adjustments are processed.
- Check gate pass records to confirm physical receipt of goods and align with inventory and procurement documentation.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
