Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare various vouchers including sales,purchase, adjustment and Journal vouchers in ERP software.
- Prepare a bank reconciliation statement and loan statement.
- Reconciliation of Accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in bank-related tasks such as preparing bank drafts and processing withdrawals.
- Check and process invoices, verify transactions, and make payments to suppliers.
- Receive, count, and verify cash transactions from various sources.
- Deposit cash and checks in the bank promptly.
- Assist in Preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
