Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

• CA course complete will be given preference

Experience

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Good Knowledge of MS Word, advanced Excel  & PowerPoint
• Prior work experience in any ERP software will be preferable
• Knowledge about VAT & TAX law

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare various vouchers including sales,purchase, adjustment and Journal vouchers in ERP software.
• Prepare a bank reconciliation statement and loan statement.
• Reconciliation of Accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in bank-related tasks such as preparing bank drafts and processing withdrawals.
• Check and process invoices, verify transactions, and make payments to suppliers.
• Receive, count, and verify cash transactions from various sources.
• Deposit cash and checks in the bank promptly.
• Assist in Preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
