Additional Requirements

Monitor and supervise all finishing activities including thread cutting, ironing/pressing, trimming, folding, and tagging.
Ensure finishing processes align with buyer requirements and company standards.
Supervise finishing line workers and helpers.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity and efficiency.
Inspect garments for defects or damages and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Coordinate with production, QC, and packing departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Plan and prioritize finishing schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Work closely with the washing and ironing departments to ensure garments are properly finished.
Oversee final checking, tagging, and proper packing of finished garments.
Ensure correct size, color, and style as per order sheet.
Maintain daily production and quality reports.
Report issues to management and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Adhere to buyer-specific requirements and factory SOPs.
Identify and resolve issues in finishing processes to avoid production delays.
Manage finishing-related materials like tags, labels, hangers, and packaging accessories.
