Responsibilities & Context

• Approach Fleet Owners & onboard Fleet Driver;
• Act as the Key Account Manager for Fleet Owners;
• Drive Sticker Acquisition & Retention through clear and precise communication to enhance Lalamove’s brand awareness;
• Address questions of Fleet Owners about our platform, services, & registration procedures;
• Offer accurate and clear information to build trust and encourage driver participation by proper driver education & quality control
