Educational Requirement
- BSc in Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology
- SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent; Major in Science.
- GPA Requirement: SCC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent – 4.00 out of 5.00
- BSc CGPA Requirement – 3.00 out of 4.00
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems that support flight operations software including flight crew scheduling, training, simulator, licensing, documentations, Operation Control Center (OCC) related works etc.
- Provide technical support for software applications, including flight dispatch tools, aircraft communication systems etc.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT systems across the operations, facilitating real-time data exchange between flight operations, maintenance, OTP etc.
- Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect sensitive flight operations data while ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards (FAA, EASA, ICAO).
- Conduct training sessions and provide technical guidance to flight operations personnel on IT systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues impacting flight operations, ensuring minimal disruptions to flight schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support operational excellence.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for software updates, licensing, technical support, etc.
- Completing any tasks assigned by the authorities (Management & HR). Participate in the development of system or program software for Flight Ops.
- Participate in the development of system or program software for flight operations.
