Responsibilities & Context
- Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting.
- Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments.
- Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality, and deliver at the right time to the buyer.
- Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
- Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
- Deliver any quality controlling message of the buyer end to the related section.
- Ensure end product quality before the buyer final quality inspection.
- Arrange final inspection with all requirements of the buyer.
- Ensure everything of the QC file and sample in bulk garments.
- Taking sample approval from buying house.
- Work with the buyer in QC at the time of the final inspection.
- Contact with buyer QC about any quality issue.
- GPQ implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
- Work as a buyer QC representative in the garments factory.
