Additional Requirements

Must have sufficient knowledge about Washing layout as well as technical leadership abilities.
Intermediate knowledge on all types of washing / Hydro / Dryer machine and garments washes finishing / Hand feel / back staining / Odor issues etc.
Must have skills in interpretation of Buyer comments/ updates to production team leader & operators.
Good knowledge / awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.

Ensure the implementation of customer requirements and all SOP.
Conduct internal audit and monitoring the buyer protocol is maintained properly.
Work to prevent any quality violation or misconduct to ensure the product quality.
Time to time reporting to buyer and update all information to the relating departments.
Communicate with In House Lab for requires Testing and maintaining reports as well.
Conduct PP meeting and has to be clarified through discussion of Buyer requirements and reached out those concerned team & self-team also.
Conduct internal meeting with self-team and to create an orderly work environment with friendly behavior.
Mail corresponding with and all relevant concerned.
