Core Responsibilities:
- Research & development of personal care products
- Understand the concept and selection of suitable herbal activities and excipients
- Prepare lab, pilot & commercial trial batch and evaluate them accordingly
- Data base generation of Herbal, Skin care, Oral care, Hair care actives and performance ingredients
- Analyze trial Products, Raw Materials and competitors’ products
