Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Masters or BBA/MBA preferably in HRM from reputed University

Experience

• 1 to 2 years

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 32 years

• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ of experience in relevant field
• Ready to travel outside of Dhaka for Divisional Recruitment and Training
• Training in Bangladesh Labor Laws will be an added advantage
• Adequate knowledge in MS Office
