Responsibilities & Context

• Providing all HR related support to employees.
• Employment of Human Resource.
• Arrange orientation programme for new employees.
• Interact and motivate employees to achieve their set objectives by ensuring engagement of employees.
• Arrange performance appraisal of employees.
• Nourish Company Culture and ensure good working environment.
• Maintain and update records and files.
• Conduct different Surveys on employees.
• Assist Management to look after HR affairs of the Company.
• Any other task assigned by reporting officer (s).
