Requirements
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- MBA in HRM or related field is required
- BBA in HRM or related discipline is preferred
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage
- Additional HR training or professional certifications will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 35 years
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas (SUM, IF), sorting, and filtering
- Ability to prepare simple HR reports, attendance sheets, and leave tracking using Excel
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HR software / HRIS will be considered an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of data management, record keeping, and digital filing systems
- Ability to work with accuracy in spreadsheets and maintain organized records
- Any additional technical skills (advanced Excel, reporting tools, or HR systems) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities & Context
- Support recruitment and selection, including job posting, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in onboarding, orientation, and employee induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR database, and personal files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage attendance and leave records, and support related reporting and documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
- Support performance management, employee evaluations, and HR policy implementation.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support training, development, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in expatriate and foreign national management, including E-Visa, work permits, security clearance, and documentation submission to BIDA, NSI, SB, Immigration, and other authorities.
- Coordinate with embassies, government offices, and banks, and perform outside visits for official HR and expatriate-related work when required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and related documentation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management or administration.
