Responsibilities & Context
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for candidate selection.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate exit interviews and clearance procedures.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HRIS systems.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documents.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Support employee benefits administration and statutory compliance.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals, reviews, and development plans.
- Assist managers with performance documentation.
