Responsibilities & Context

Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, onboarding, and joining formalities.

Prepare and maintain employee personal files, HR documentation, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee records.

Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime data, and prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.

Support employee orientation, induction, and engagement activities.

Assist in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, warning letters, and grievance handling documentation.

Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate updating of employee information and organizational records.

Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities including office maintenance, housekeeping, stationery, office supplies, and vendor support.

Assist in managing transport operations, vehicle documentation, logbooks, insurance, fitness certificates, and maintenance schedules.

Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted administrative services.

Assist in obtaining and renewing statutory licenses, permits, and regulatory documents as assigned.

Ensure compliance with company policies, administrative procedures, and statutory requirements.

Prepare HR, administration, attendance, and compliance reports for management review.

Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager or management.
