- Strong knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labour Law 2019 and Bangladesh EPZ Labour Rules 2022
- Advanced-level user of computer spreadsheet along with other MS office tools.
- Excellent writing, typing and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Strategic thinker problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have positive attitude to work the night shift.
Responsibilities & Context
- To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure.
- Conduct background check, reference check and a verification of identity before confirming employment of candidate.
- To maintain the employee’s Personal file with all related papers as up-to-date.
- Support to care for Disciplinary and regulatory issues as per Bangladesh EPZ Labour Law 2019 & Bangladesh EPZ Labour Rules 2022 and provide support in different disciplinary actions, i.e. warning, termination, dismissal, etc.
- Ensure a hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
- Prepare different MIS reports as and when required.
- Check all kinds of bills as per company policies.
- Assist to Employee engagement activities across the organisation Coordinate other HR & administrative operational works as per requirement.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
