Responsibilities & Context
- Manage attendance and leave of employees and handle HRIS.
- Implement HR initiatives and employee welfare programs.
- Provide support to corporate HR Team for recruitment.
- Resolve queries of management staff related to HR policies and processes.
- Assist in annual performance management process as guided by HR Head or his appointee.
- Ensure safe and healthy work environment for employees.
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders for any HR related issues.
- Monitor adherence to safety procedures by all employees through regular checks across the office premises·
- Handle escalation pertaining to administrative issues and recommend solutions.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction with housekeeping services through regular checks
- Any other tasks assign by management.
