Responsibilities & Context
- Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer’s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
- To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
- Prepare factory for BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, audit.
- Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers’ requirements.
- Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
- Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
- Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with target date line against audit reports for Buyer.
- Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
