Responsibilities & Context

  • SQUARE TEXTILES DIVISION is a venture of SQUARE GROUP, which has the most sophisticated and advanced textile yarn manufacturing, composite knit, denim & woven garments setup. We produce for the leading and renowned brands in the world. Right now we are looking for some energetic and result oriented team members for our Internal Audit Department of SQUARE Textiles Division.

  • Work Station: Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh

Major Duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR related activities of factory premises to ensure smooth operations.

  • Contribute in HR planning and facilitating recruitment process.

  • Perform in formulating HR Policies in compliance within legal and regulatory framework.

  • Organize & coordinate annual performance appraisal process.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.

  • Ensure on time monthly payment

  • Organize & coordinate yearly increment process
