Responsibilities & Context

Know about any current requirement for Hiring.
Conduct hiring process for any hiring requirement.
Conduct proper training and onboarding for each new hiring.·
Manage personal file for each employee.·
Responsible for issue of appointment letter, job termination letter, job confirmation letter to each employee.
Check Daily Attendance and report daily payable for each department.
Follow up daily fulfillment cost without delivery rider cost per delivery for each warehouse.·
Monitor daily warehouse duty roster for all warehouse.
Monitor regular leave and absenteeism for each warehouse.
Confirm approval of warehouse payroll budget for next month by 28th of each month.
Monitor daily task report of warehouse employees for their performance evaluation.
Manage hiring network for Delivery Riders.
