Welcome to Sumash Tech Limited, one of Bangladesh’s leading mobile and gadget retail chains. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive approach to HR initiatives and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Location: Panthapath, Dhaka (Sumash Tech HQ)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates,
conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Manage employee relations and address any issues or grievances.
Coordinate and conduct training and development programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
