Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all factory personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRMIS .
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, shift rosters, and leave records in compliance with company policies.
- Compile and submit detailed attendance and timekeeping reports to ensure timely and precise payroll processing.
- Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with statutory and company procedures.
- Coordinate and implement employee engagement and internal communication initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace morale, motivation, and retention.
