Responsibilities & Context
- কারখানার সকল উৎপাদন যন্ত্রপাতি এবং অন্যান্য সরঞ্জামাদির দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও প্রতিরোধমূলক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ (preventive maintenance) নিশ্চিত করা।
- ইলেকট্রিক্যাল, মেকানিক্যাল, ইউটিলিটি এবং HVAC সিস্টেমের সুষ্ঠু ও নিরাপদ পরিচালনা নিশ্চিত করা।
- উৎপাদন লাইন বা যেকোনো যন্ত্রপাতিতে ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে দ্রুততম সময়ে সমস্যা চিহ্নিত করা এবং মেরামতের ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া।
- HVAC সিস্টেম, যেমন চিলার, এয়ার হ্যান্ডলিং ইউনিট (AHU), কুলিং টাওয়ার এবং এয়ার কন্ডিশনারের যান্ত্রিক ও বৈদ্যুতিক সমস্যাগুলো দ্রুত সমাধান করা।
- বিদ্যুৎ এবং অন্যান্য শক্তির ব্যবহার কমানোর জন্য নতুন উপায় বের করা এবং তা প্রয়োগ করা।
- সকল রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ কার্যক্রম কোম্পানির নিরাপত্তা প্রোটোকল এবং পরিবেশগত নিয়মাবলী কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করা।
- যন্ত্রাংশ ও সরঞ্জামের স্টক পরিচালনা করা এবং প্রয়োজনে নতুন যন্ত্রাংশ ক্রয়ের জন্য প্রস্তাব দেওয়া।
- মেরামত এবং খুচরা যন্ত্রাংশের খরচ কমানো
- সকল রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও মেরামতের কাজের বিস্তারিত তৈরি করা এবং নিয়মিত তা ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে জমা দেওয়া।
- রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ দলের অন্যান্য সদস্য, টেকনিশিয়ান এবং শ্রমিকদের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
- রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ সম্পর্কিত বিষয়ে নতুন কর্মীদের প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া এবং তাদের কাজ তদারকি করা।
- কারখানার উৎপাদন লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিভাগ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ সহযোগিতা প্রদান করা।
- জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে বা ওভারটাইম ডিউটিতে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকা।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্ধারিত অতিরিক্ত দায়িত্ব ও কাজ সম্পাদন করা।
