Responsibilities & Context

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications software implementation;
• Troubleshooting of Computers Hardware, OS & Application software;
• Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers and other IT Devices;
• Hands on experiences in Installing, Monitor & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera, NVR, PABX, Finger/ Face recognition-based attendances, Access control, Mikrotik and WIFI system Devices;
• Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication;
• Must have hands-on experience in network Cabling, Routing and Switching;
• Ability to work under pressure & take challenges; Hands on experiences in email client software and data backup recovery process;
• Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing Data Security;
• Able to work in a team environment;
• Any other responsibility assigns by the supervisor/management.
