Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision to entire Cutting Department for ensuring quality assurance;
- Responsible for Quality assurance and 100% panel Checking;
- Random checking of fabric in Cutting Department;
- Ensure Quality for sewing, cutting and finishing section for fabric issue;
- Find out the root causes of defects & problems, ensure corrective & preventive actions;
- Responsibilities for any kind of claims/ complains from buyers regarding fabric/Measurement/ Pattern quality;
- Checking fusing machines along with ensuring bondage test and machine calibration as per SOP and buyer requirement;
- Responsible to check the marker, fabrics layers height;
- Cut panel needs to be inspected for top, middle & bottom with the pattern;
- Ensure safety measures for our workforce;
- Maintain good industrial relation and take proper initiative towards worker retention and to reduce unauthorized absenteeism;
- Follow up Sharp Tools maintaining procedure and assist production team to prevent non-compliances;
- Perform other duties instructed by authority.
