Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing & implementing security policies, protocols with the collaboration of the HR department;
- Updating guards’ weekly duty roaster every week and submit to HR department;
- Follow up & ensure duty of the security guards according to duty roasters collaborating with HR department;
- Ensure gate pass are being checked properly and submit day’s total gate passes to HR department on next day;
- Ensure factory opening & closing procedures are being followed, necessary certificate / registers are being updated properly;
- Check challan/voucher for all outgoing goods and ensure accurate register posting;
- Monitor the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses;
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events;
- Train, motivate security personnel & guide them;
- Any other official work assigned by the management.
