  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn;
  • Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Mail corresponding, Internet browsing;
  • Ready to residing factory surrounding areas.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

  • Workers’ interview, counseling & motivating activities and prepare reports;
  • Communicating company policies & procedures, conducting awareness training program;
  • Route cause analysis of workers absenteeism rate;
  • Conduct workers exit interview regularly to the resigned and long absent workers;
  • Implement all legal guidelines of Maternity leave & benefit;
  • Assist Medical team to maintain a well-furnished and standard breast feeding corner;
  • Prepare necessary bills for medicine issued to injured or sick employees, keep records properly;
  • Conduct new worker orientation on regular basis;
  • Coordinate the activities of Anti-harassment & Grievance disposal committee;
  • Preparing quarterly maternity benefit budget;
  • Maintain Complaint & Suggestion boxes;
  • Take proper initiatives in case of unfair, unethical behavior with employees or any violation of workers basic right;
  • Communicate workers formally or informally to exchange views and to know their recommendation towards cordial working environment.
