Create, implement, and regularly review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different production processes.
Analyze variances from targets, suggest corrective actions, and report on target achievement.
Identify and implement cost-reduction measures across production processes.
Lead continuous improvement projects to increase production efficiency and reduce cycle time.
