Additional Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counselling or test preparation, particularly in IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, or GRE.
Strong knowledge of the IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE formats, strategies, and scoring systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for tracking student progress and preparing reports.

Test Counseling & Guidance:
Provide comprehensive advice on IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE test preparation based on students’ profiles, helping them choose the right test and preparation strategy.
Assess students’ needs and recommend suitable study materials, classes, and resources to maximize their chances of success.
Test Registration & Scheduling: Assist students with the registration process for IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE exams, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documents.
Keep students informed about upcoming exam dates, deadlines, and changes to testing protocols.
Course & Material Recommendations: Help students select appropriate test preparation courses, workshops, or online resources.
Track and report students’ progress in preparation, offering tips for improvement and recommending personalized strategies.
Student Support: Offer ongoing support to students throughout their preparation journey, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face.
Maintain a record of students’ preparation milestones and results, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Market Research & Test Updates: Stay updated on the latest trends, changes, and developments in the IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE exams.
Share important test-related updates with students, including new formats, scoring criteria, or any other significant changes.
