- Strong communication skills (Both in Bangla & English), with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels;
- Have to do shifting duty. (Responsible for one shift).
Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing the new design as per buyer sample by graphic software/Photoshop and synthesize the design as per machine wise;
- To maintain daily production plan and ensure the quality of the garments;
- Responds quickly and effectively to solve the emergencies issues, crisis or unexpected problems during the night shift;
- To operate the section manpower efficiently and effectively;
- To ensure the maximum efficiency by minimizing downtime of machine through communication with maintenance section;
- Inform to the departmental manager for any call out or major crisis and other issues that may arise on night shift;
- Ensure discipline and efficiency of all juniors in Laser section.
