Job Description:

  • The Executive, In-Store Technical Sales will be responsible for delivering the value proposition of Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals’ products and treatments to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and experience in sales, with the ability to effectively communicate the benefits and technical aspects of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and provide expert advice on Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals products and treatments.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of the benefits and usage of skincare products, treatments, dietary supplements, and wellness products.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals’ range of products and treatments.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to explain the science behind our products and treatments, ensuring customers understand the value proposition.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Training and Education: Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends to educate customers and other staff members.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure the availability of products in-store.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve product offerings and services.
