Responsibilities & Context
- Set up SOP, process flow chart & process re-engineering to improve the different process.
- Draft and design layout of equipment & workspace to reduce cost & non-value-added job.
- Analyze productivity and improve the system by implementing the kaizen process.
- Minimize wastage in all possible process .
- Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine, and material in the wet process section.
- Do proper utilization of manpower, well-train up the operators, process development & analysis.
- Check the non-productive time and take initiative to minimize non-productive time.
