Help managers to design and map all kinds of IT projects as well as to improve all IT work processes.
Configuration of all IT devices, network devices.
Assembling of IT Equipment.
Conduct and supervise all kinds of IT support along with other team members.
Conduct and supervise all end-user support.
Provide technical support to small business units and branch offices.
Perform a complete IT procurement process.
Need to keep assets and inventory up to date.
Troubleshoot all IT equipment, help, and tech other team members.
Monitor and ensure the network connectivity uptime of all small business units.
Implement and assist new IT processes and policies for the betterment of IT.
Maintain communication with business partners as well as outside stockholders.
