Miniso Bangladesh Ltd. a business concern of Evince Group and an eminent global retail chain operating across the world and world’s fastest growing retail chain is steering its operation in Bangladesh is looking forward to hire an young, energetic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Executive, Internal Audit. This position is focused to work all kinds of inventory, obtaining, analyzing and evaluating process wise documentation, reports, data presentation, and cost saving inputs for Miniso outlets across the country.
- Conduct and assist in various audit tasks as per departmental schedule in the different work stations.
- Identify, assess and evaluate core operational loop holes and suggest improvement areas to management.
- Help to develop practical solutions to problems arising in business and financial operations.
- Prepare audit reports including the audit findings and appropriate corrective actions initiated for the top management.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process and also ensure, track and monitor appropriate follow-up actions upon it.
- Assist to the Audit Team member to conduct full inventory in the stores when any In-Charge/ Asst. In-Charge Release/ Resign/Transfer.
- Monitor Shipment of goods receiving by the warehouse employees and submit report to the management.
- Conduct random physical inventory, periodical full inventory, furniture inventory in all the work stations as per management instruction.
- Checking the bank statement reconciling with the relevant documents, card sales and other relevant financial statement.
- Ensuring the checking of other administrative areas for improvement.
- Keeping eyes on the hiring process from the Audit points of view.
- Compliance audit in the concerned area of Employee health & safety.
- Ensure best practices, standards and procedures of the company in all audit operations.
