Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in Kakrail, Dhaka, is currently seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive (Internal Audit). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our healthcare services while working in a supportive and challenging environment.

Location: 19/1 Kakrail, Dhaka-1000.

Job Nature: Contractual

Job Description:

• Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of financial statements, operations, and processes.
• Identify areas of potential risk and suggest improvements to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective internal controls.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Conduct special audits and investigations as required.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Provide support and supervision to junior audit staff as needed.
• Possess knowledge of VAT, AIT, and TDS.
• Have understanding of BIDA, IRC, LC, and shipment processes.
