Responsibilities & Context

·To monitor LAN/WAN against prepared baseline and take necessary preventive and/or corrective measures for any unusual activities.

·To configure, Install and maintain IT infrastructure, switch, router and firewalls.

·To configure OSPF, BGP, VPN (IPsec, PPTP etc.), and VLAN.

·To monitor performance and ensure systems availability and reliability.

·To monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.

·To perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

·Real time monitoring for entire (head office & factory) network and internal security issues (LAN, WAN, VPN and remote data connectivity) and implements performance tuning.

·To setup Operating systems/Printers in office environment.
