Responsibilities & Context

Unit Name: Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (A concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailer in Bangladesh with brand like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Mens and Womens.

Able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and Windows-related issues efficiently.

Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and all IT equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to printers, UPS, IPS, switches, routers, and systems in use.

Install and configure Windows Server 2012 and MS SQL Server 2012.
Install, configure, and integrate biometric attendance machines with the organization’s network and software systems.

Register employees’ fingerprints, facial recognition, or other biometric data into the system and manage access levels.
Ensure optimal utilization of company IT assets and maintain accurate records of IT equipment.
Maintain, protect, and develop the company’s IT systems, including managing access levels, access control, and securing the network by implementing monitoring, control, and evaluation measures. Maintain documentation systematically.
Oversee and secure the server while ensuring a systematic data backup process.
Regularly monitor IT operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
Develop and implement IT policies, rules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure full control and security of the IT network across retail shops and the head office.
Prepare various MIS reports as required by management.
Monitor and maintain the CCTV system (IP cameras) and configure attendance machines.
Update and manage development-related tasks on the e-commerce website, ensuring accurate information is input regularly.
Provide any other IT-related support as assigned by the management.
